Brazil House was founded in 2007 by Mischa Csendes and Daniel Milano. The company started as a real estate investment company and is focusing on luxury properties and high quality consulting services for foreigners who want to invest in properties in the state of Ceará.

Stephanie Csendes (Swiss): International Sales & Management
Stephanie joined Brazil House Ltda in 2009 and is leading the international sales activities from our company headquarters in Basel, Switzerland.
Mischa Csendes (Swiss): Member of the Board
Mischa founded the Brazil House Ltda Investment and Agency business in 2007 and is now guiding Brazil House Ltda operations as a board member. Mischa has a Master Degree in Industrial Engineering from the ETH Zürich and is fluent in several languages: German, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. Mischa is a licensed Brazilian real estate broker with CRECI 07018-F.
Daniel Milano (Brazilian): Licensed Realtor - CRECI 06717-F
Daniel was working for several years as a manager of the two restaurants in Cumbuco, supervising over 30 employees. As Daniel is fluent in four languages (Portuguese, English, Italian, French), more and more local real estate agents required his language skills to properly communicate with their clients. Daniel is partner of the Brazil House Agency business since June 2007 and is a certified and official Brazilian real estate agent.
Diana-Isabell Stelling (German): Freelance Architect and Consultant
Diana, holds a Masters Degree in architecture from the Munich university and works as a freelance consultant.
Joao Paulo Pereira da Rocha (Brazilian): Property Management
From our Brazil-based office located in downtown Cumbuco, Joăo Paulo is coordinating the property management as well as short and long term rental.
José da Silva Freitas (Brazilian): Property Supervisor
Based in Cumbuco, Ceará, José is supervising various properties of our customers and manages its staff. Furthermore, José is organizing and overseeing smaller renovation projects.
